For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 0-7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. ZION TOMS is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-7 days rom the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. Once the order is placed you will be notified via Email to confirm the order. Shipping charges are charged based the package size, weight, location etc. The shipping costs are added to the final cost at the time of checkout.
It takes 2-3 business days for the Local order to be processed according to the availability and takes 3-5 business days for all over india order to be processed according to the availability. Once dispatched the delivery is made within 2-8 business days maximum depending on the reach ability of the location.

Products will be thoroughly examined before handing it over to the shipping company. Our products are shipped through third party shipping service company (which provides services through many reputed companies ). If there is any damage found on the package or the product, we advise you to take a picture and opening video and file a report to info@ziontoms.com
Necessary measures will be taken within 48hrs. For any return or exchange please read our RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY. ZIONTOMS is not responsible for any damages once the delivery is made. Delivery details will be sent to you once the product is dispatched and can be tracked by the ID given. The delivery person will contact you on the day of delivery.
Our delivery executives will reach you on call and sms during the time of delivery. If the customer is not reachable even after multiple attempts ,the package will be delivered on the given address to available person on the address with a signature or the package will be returned to our warehouse and the customer is charged for the return shipping and also new shipping charge is to be paid to receive the package again .Ziontoms will not be liable for wrong person hand over.
